Registration

Registration is by credit card only. If you would like to send check payment, please contact info@cgt4hivcure.org.  Space is limited.

You will receive an email confirming your registration and payment. Please bring a copy of your email receipt to the event to confirm your registration. If you have any questions about your registration or our cancellation policy, please email: info@CGT4HIVcure.org.

Early Bird:  $450.  Through June 18, 2016 June 25, 2016. (EXTENDED!)

Regular:  $550.  June 19 - August 4, 2016.

Registration provides full access to the 2-day conference, poster session, meals (noted below) and conference program.

Meals

The following will be provided with registration:
08/04/2016: Continental Breakfast, Lunch, Space Needle Dinner
08/05/2016: Continental Breakfast, Lunch

Scholarships

Scholarships and Travel Grants are available. If you are applying for a scholarship, please refrain from registering for this conference until you have been notified of your award status. When you apply for a scholarship, you will be added to the registration list as “tentative” until further notification of next steps. Please see the SCHOLARSHIPS page to apply for Scholarships and Travel Awards.

Lodging

Room blocks have been reserved for the conference at a discounted rate: check-in August 3, check-out August 5, 2016. Please choose from the hotel options below.  Individuals are required to make own reservations. Conference room block ends June 18, 2016.
